Site-specific briefing

Every post has written post instructions: what is checked, who may enter, what is escalated and to whom. Officers are briefed against those instructions and sign for them.

Appearance and conduct standards

Uniform, radio discipline, logbook completion and customer interaction are all supervised standards — because for many of your visitors the officer at the gate is the first person they meet from your business.

Are the same officers deployed each shift?

We keep the deployed team as consistent as possible so officers know your site, staff and routines, with trained relief cover for leave and absence.

What happens if an officer underperforms?

The site supervisor addresses it immediately, and the officer is replaced where required — documented as corrective action in your report.
