How verification works

Checkpoints are fixed at the points that matter and must be physically reached to be scanned.

• Checkpoints placed at perimeter, yard, plant and stores exposure points
• Each scan timestamped and attributed to the officer on duty
• Randomised timing within an agreed patrol frequency
• Missed and late scans surfaced as exceptions in your report

Why it changes behaviour

Verification is as much a management control as a client report. When completion is measured, patrol discipline holds at 03:00 in bad weather — which is exactly when it usually does not.

What you receive

A patrol completion summary per reporting period, with the underlying scan detail available on request for audits, insurers or tender submissions.
