Report: incident logs and SLA reporting

If it is not written up, it did not happen — at least not for your insurer, your HR process or a SAPS docket. Every shift produces a record, and every record reaches you.

What is captured

Incidents are written up within the shift they occur, while detail is still accurate.

  • Time, location, officer on duty and persons involved
  • Action taken, escalation performed and outcome
  • Supporting evidence: photographs, CCTV references, scan logs
  • Follow-up actions and who owns them

Daily occurrence book

Beyond incidents, the daily log records access movements, deliveries, contractor sign-ins and exceptions — sent to your operations contact rather than filed in a drawer at the gate.

Monthly SLA pack

The monthly report consolidates patrol completion, incident trends, response times and attendance against the agreed service levels, with commentary on anything that missed standard and the corrective action taken.

Common questions

Who receives incident reports?
Your nominated site and management contacts, with immediate notification for anything above the agreed severity threshold.
Can we get reporting in our own format?
Yes — reporting fields and cadence are agreed during onboarding and can align with your internal risk or compliance templates.
