Patrol design

Routes are varied deliberately so they cannot be timed by anyone watching, and every route ends at a physical checkpoint that must be scanned.

• Randomised patrol timing within a defined frequency
• Physical checkpoints at exposure points, scanned electronically
• Perimeter, roof access, yard and internal walk-throughs
• After-hours lock-up and open-up verification

Escalation path

Every site has a written escalation ladder agreed before deployment: what the officer does, who the supervisor calls, when the control room activates third-party armed reaction and at what point your nominated contact is woken up.

Verification before response

Officer verification cuts false call-outs. When a signal is confirmed on the ground, accredited reaction partners arrive knowing what they are attending — and your report reflects the whole sequence.

How often are patrols conducted?

Frequency is set per site in the SLA — typically hourly on high-risk sites, with randomised timing inside that window.

How do we know a patrol actually happened?

Each checkpoint scan is timestamped and appears in your report. A missed or late patrol is visible as an exception.
