What we measure

Every measure we report is generated by the shift itself, not reconstructed afterwards.

• Patrol checkpoint scans: routes completed, missed and late
• Incidents by type, severity and outcome
• Access-control exceptions: after-hours entries, unlogged contractors
• Escalation response times against the agreed SLA
• Officer attendance, late arrivals and relief cover

How you receive it

A monthly report goes to your nominated contact, with incident notifications sent in real time as they occur. The monthly pack is written to be read by a financial or operations director, not only by a security manager.

Using the data to reduce cost

Trend data lets us re-point resources. If nine of twelve incidents in a quarter occurred at one loading bay between 22:00 and 02:00, that is where the next officer goes — instead of adding headcount across the whole site.

Common questions

How often do we get reports?

Incidents are escalated immediately; a consolidated performance report is issued monthly, with ad-hoc reporting on request.

Can reports be used for insurance claims?

Yes. Incident records are timestamped and written up within the shift, which is what insurers and SAPS dockets rely on.
